Braun Auctions is a Real Estate Auction Brokerage operating in the Baltimore area. Founded in October of 2019 by the firms's original member, David Braun, Braun Auctions was created with an intent to bring a boutique level of service to the Real Estate Auction industry.

David Braun- Founder and Auctioneer / Sales associate

Born and raised in the Czech Republic, I have had the opportunity to travel and live all over the world and work with all types of people.   I was driven to join the field of Real Estate by my interests in meeting and helping new people whenever I can.  I’ve realized that there’s no better way to do both things than by being a part of one of the biggest decisions of most people’s lives: Buying and selling HOUSE.  In my previous role as a hotel director, I sharpened my communication and negotiation skills while learning the importance of building strong personal relationships on both sides of a transaction.  Besides being Auctioneer and real estate agent, I am also a real estate investor with long experience in construction and hard money lending. 

Mary Clark - Coordinator/Marketing Department

Mary Clark is a Real Estate associate with a 13 year background in transaction coordinating, marketing, title experience and administrative work. As a highly trained professional she has an amazing persona and is very good with communications with all parties of any real estate transaction. She is also a very skilled photographer and has her own photography business.

Brett Wilson - Customer relations manager

Brett Wilson comes with a colorful background, bringing with him variety of perspectives to enhance the customer experience with Braun Auctions.
Graduating from Loyola Blakefield High School (‘12) and attending University of Baltimore (‘13-‘16), Brett left school to pursue a professional career in Banking. Starting at Wells Fargo, he worked in Retail Banking and was quickly promoted to a Mortgage Broker.
In an effort to grow his circle connections in sales, Brett started volunteering for several local and state political campaigns, eventually being offered his first Campaign Manager role at 24 years of age.
During his time on the Campaign trail, he was introduced to the firm’s founding member, David Braun.
Brett’s passion for people and serving others is his strongest talent.

I am of the generation of kids who grew up during the financial crisis of 2008. Our family was one of the many who lost their home during the Recession.
I now feel that I get to serve others by trying to help clients make the best possible decision for the financial health.
